No introduction needed; you know what you’re about to get into. Instead I’ll share with you a tidbit that has been on my mind all of march: I want to get a tattoo on top of my foot. (Yes I know that will hurt). This is something I have always wanted, but just the other day I saw some flash on Instagram that I thought would be a cool option. I’ll throw a screenshot in at the end of this letter.
let’s f*cking gab
Purchased
TAG Heuer Formula 1 Orange Women's Watch, eBay, $299 — I have chatted extensively about my watch journey on this newsletter and I bring you my latest development. TAG Heuer has replaced Rolex as the official timekeeper for the 2025 F1 season. Thus, the resale market has changed. My carefully curated watchlist has dwindled, so I impulsively bought this MINT condition watch as soon as the China GP finished and I’m very happy I did. TAG Heuer announced on Instagram they’re bringing this same design back, but in a bigger size which retails for $1900. Shop cheaper, and dare I say better, here and here.
16 people viewed in last hour... sent me into flight or fight Stuart Weitzman Square Toe Pumps, eBay, $26 — There are so many of these on the resale scene. It’s hard to tell which ones are great and which look like grandma shoes. It took me a long time to decide on these, but they’re perfect and so comfortable.
Casi Myra Flat, Camper, $80 — This was the first thing added to my wishlist for 2025 and when I saw the orange color was 50% off I decided it was time. These flats are extremely soft and easy to walk in for long periods of time. I think I’ll wear these a lot in the summer time.
What The Foundation, Jones Road, $46 — I tried this foundation on in their Soho location in September. It was such a hot day which didn’t lend well to its creamy texture, but I knew it would be great for winter. The morning before going to Brooklyn the last bit of my merit stick broke off so I was in need of a new foundation. So far, I like it but it moves around a lot, making it a little tricky to wear.
Don’t Let Disco Bracelet, Closet Sale at Close Friends, $50 — I had so much fun at this sale! MJ and I tried on so many things and got to chat with
, and Ashley of Don’t Let Disco. Three of the loveliest girls with impeccable taste. I came home with this colorful bracelet with a tortoise lego head man, she’s perfect.Left: MJ's Bracelet, Right: Mine
Wants
Medallic Clearing Serum, Sofie Pavitt, $54 — I stripped back my skincare routine at end of last year to just three steps. I’m interested in introducing something to smooth and brighten and people speak really highly about this.
Salt and Pepper Mills Grinders, by Robert Wilhelm, $78 — This month I started and finished “Big Little Lies”. In season 2, Zoë Kravitz and her husband have a dinner party and on the table there is the most beautiful pair of salt and pepper grinders I have ever seen. I obviously had to pause the episode until I found them. They’re by the artist Robert Wilhelm and there are so many variations to choose from! One day Zoë Kravitz and I will match.
Torza Black Ballerina Ballet Flat, Maguire, $240 — I don’t think there is such a thing as having too many pairs of flats, but maybe you do and that’s okay. But these are different. In the Maguire store they styled them with one gold and one silver shoe clip which is how I’d like to wear them.
Kyoto Carpenter Pant, LESET, $240 — These look so comfortable and cute. Every color is perfect, I don’t know which I prefer most. I want to try them all on really bad.
Slim Boat Shoe, Sperry, $100 — In October I bought a pair of Jeffrey Campbell boat shoes that were super cute, but too small and they didn’t have any sizes in stock when I went to return them. However, the desire for a boat shoe still lingers.
These are the Jeffrey Campbell, do we prefer this color and silhouette to the Sperry's? Black Pullover, James Street Co., $348 — A stupidly expensive sweater, but
something about the fit and that little pop of yellow man!

Either/Or by Elif Bautman 🔄 5⭐️’s
In this sequel to “The Idiot”, we follow Selin in her second year at Harvard. After her relationship with Ivan comes to an end she has decided to determine the meaning of life: parties, sex, international travel and a lot of reading.
This is my favorite book. I read it in 2023 and wanted to revisit it to annotate it up.
“Either, then, one is to live aesthetically or one is to live ethically.”
“If this guy was telling me to not value something, wasn’t he obliged to offer me something better?”
“It felt as if the gap that had dogged me all my days was knitting together before my eyes—so that, from this point on, my life would be so convert and meaningful as my favorite book.”
Funny Story by Emily Henry 5⭐️’s
Daphne is the type of person to mull over the “why” behind people’s actions. When her fiancé leaves her for his best friend, she doesn’t waste anytime thinking about why. She promptly moves in with her ex’s new girlfriend’s ex boyfriend: Miles.
Top three Emily Henry books for sure! It’s been a while since I read Book Lovers and Beach Read, but those are the ones Funny Story is competing with. I’m not well versed in the Romance genre, but what I do know is no one does it like Emily Henry.
